With the spammers at bay, I've changed the forum back to where people can sign up without having to wait on me to OK them.

I pulled a marty and took it upon myself and made it so you have to be signed in in order to see the forum.

I added free games in Non-Off-Road Discussions. Some of them are clones and still fun and some of them are just mind numbing. I have to make myself stop playing a few off them. LOL

I added a simple mathematical question to the registration that should keep most spammers out.
